About this Blog

I started this blog as a requirement for a class and figured nobody would ever read it besides my professor so the first few posts are pretty lame.  Don't go back and read them.  But now, I'm using the account I started as a means of communication with anyone else who is interested in shaping up, staying fit, or just plain getting sweaty. 

Until I figure out how to separate everything out and organize it properly (because blogging sites do not make that kind of thing easy, my friends), I'll be posting the following types of things on a regular basis on the home page:

* Updates concerning HPURec and/or my own personal training services
* Workouts, including:
  • Ones that I liked
  • Ones that almost killed me
  • Ones that my clients liked
  • Ones that almost killed my clients
*Interesting and helpful facts and tips I've learned or read recently
*And maybe if I get really motivated: quick, cheap, and healthy recipes I thought tasted good (since I'm all of a sudden learning how to cook and that's the only kind of food I can afford)
